We are all given 2 lives on this Earth, the one we are born into and the one we choose to live .
If we are not given a life to learn from then for what other reason ?
We all arrive in this life with nothing & able to do nothing for ourselves.
This story is about my experience & the lessons I learned along an unusual & unique journey of searching for answers & their discovery .
The reason I wrote it was in part to pay some of the debt owed to those who taught me to remain vigilant, curious & sensitive to the world & lives around me .
It was also written as a cautionary to you, in an attempt to give you a chance to avoid the mistakes I have made .
Although I chose the steps & the path that I took, my life was not the mainstream one which I would have rather lived, one of security & predictability .
I have tired to recount honestly & faithfully the incidents which lie ahead, names have been changed
to avoid associations not desired or anticipated by those I came into contact with & to protect those people & places from unwanted inquiries & disturbance .
Humans are like keys, yes we all share the basic sameness but each of us have peaks & valleys that render us unique, able to open locks that all of the others failed to .
